Ferrules

- Hex Ferrules are high precision, ensuring that the heads close at operating temperature completely covering the mirror face of the tubes.
- Its installation is very simple since they do not require concrete, plastic or refractory mortar between them, eliminating the need for drying and avoiding the cracks that appear when using conventional ferrules.
- The one-piece design does not allow for gaps between the head and the ferrule sleeve.
- They are highly compatible with systems that use oxygen for flame enrichment
- The ferrules are delivered already sintered, eliminating the unforeseen and inconveniences in the installation of another type of refractory in the unit.
- The use of metal anchors for the installation of the plastic is avoided
